On git we have 2 main branches.
- production → that data goes to production server and people can visit that
- master → that data goes to our dev server that is stil online but random people cant visit it, crawlers can't get there and it's only function is to check web before pushing to server or for thing like that.
Yes, we still have a master branch, yet we are not racists and words cannot account for the stupidity of mankind.
No, we will not change it to main branch and if you have that big problem with word master, then don't work with us (our jokes are worse then that).
